FULL STYLING + COORDINATION
I work with you from beginning to end. First we discuss your vision for the day, and then I help you to create a plan and design that will bring the day to life in a way that is uniquely yours. Together, we collaborate through each step of your engagement season as I provide you with both support and direction while handling many of the logistical details and helping you to create and maintain your budget. This includes venue identification, vendor selection, stationary design, ceremony/reception design, wedding party/guest accommodation, and many other design and logistical items.
STYLE + MONTH OF COORDINATION
Many couples complete a lot of coordination themselves, but realize they need a designer to bring their ideal atmosphere to life. With this option, I work with you in the beginning to style your wedding, and manage logistics in the final month leading up to your wedding.
MONTH-OF COORDINATION
For the couple looking for help to pull their final details together and to complete the rush of logistical work leading up to the day of the wedding, I provide you with both support and a timeline to ensure your vision, hard-work, and coordination comes together in the final weeks leading up to the wedding. I will also complete a final walk-through at your venue with vendors.
WEEK-OF COORDINATION
For the couple that has completed all of the planning, but wants to allow themselves, family, and friends to enjoy the wedding weekend as I provide logistical support, work with vendors, and problem solve issues that may arise. In addition, I create a timeline to ensure your big day runs smoothly, and every detail is carefully considered.
DAY-OF COORDINATION
This is a service I offer to couples needing a planner to coordinate the rehearsal and to execute the couple's created timeline on the day of the wedding. This ensures that every hour of the couple's special day runs smoothly.
